School activities

At Naturcenter Tønnisgård, we welcome around 1200 children every year, both from school camps and classes from Tønder Municipality. Many of these classes participate through our school service program, which we are a part of.

Rømø is perfect for school camps, where students can explore its unique nature and cultural history. We offer customized programs that combine exciting topics like the Wadden Sea's tides, migratory birds, and seals with the island's rich history in maritime activities and World War II.

Kindergarten trip
