Payment
The Independent Institution Naturcenter Tønnisgård (hereafter called Naturcenter Tønnisgård) accepts payments with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT where applicable.
Naturcenter Tønnisgård uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Naturcenter Tønnisgård only offers online sales of tickets for activities and gift cards for the same; other items can only be purchased physically at Naturcenter Tønnisgård.
Tickets can be cancelled by the organizer up to 1 day before the event. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding any ticket fee. Tickets purchased less than 7 days before the event (14 days for oyster tours and oyster gourmet), are non-refundable unless Naturcenter Tønnisgård cancels the tour.
Right of Withdrawal
A 7-day full refund policy is offered for goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
The right of withdrawal expires if there are 7 days (14 days for oyster tours and oyster gourmet) or less until the event.
Notice must be given via email at info@tonnisgaard.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, and which order and activity the withdrawal pertains to. Ticket fees are not refundable.
Refund
If a refund is agreed upon, the customer may be asked to send their bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
