Once you have found the perfect piece of amber, we are ready with sandpaper, polishing cloths, and paste. You will receive advice and guidance on how to create a beautiful pendant for a necklace or a lovely pocket stone.
It is both enjoyable and relaxing to polish amber, and while you immerse yourself in the work, you will create your very own personal souvenir.
In our exhibition, you can also see a large lump of copal that is 10 million years old, which we received from a fisherman who caught it in his nets. Copal is also called immature amber. It is "young" amber that needs to spend a few more million years before it becomes properly fossilised.
We almost always have time and space for you to polish amber - even outside of scheduled times. So do pop in!
The price is per piece of amber.
