Payment
The Self-governing institution Nature Centre Tønnisgaard (hereinafter referred to as Nature Centre Tønnisgaard) accepts payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT, where applicable.
Nature Centre Tønnisgaard uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be intercepted.
Delivery
Nature Centre Tønnisgaard only offers online sales of tickets for activities and gift cards for the same. Other items can only be purchased physically at Nature Centre Tønnisgaard.
Tickets can be cancelled by the organiser up to 1 day before the event. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding the ticket fee. Tickets purchased less than 7 days before the event (14 days for eastern tours and eastern gourmet) are non-refundable, unless Nature Centre Tønnisgaard cancels the tour.
Right of Withdrawal
A full 7-day right of return is granted on items purchased from our webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
The right of withdrawal is forfeited if there are 7 days (14 days for eastern tours and eastern gourmet) or less until the event takes place.
Notification must be made by email to info@tonnisgaard.dk. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, as well as provide details about the order and the activity to which the withdrawal pertains. Ticket fees are non-refundable.
Refund
If a refund has been agreed upon, the customer may be asked to send their bank details, so we can transfer the agreed amount.
