Tønnisgård Nature Centre is situated in a beautiful old commander’s farm right next to the main road, so you can’t really miss it. Head south past the embankment, and after about 1 km, Tønnisgård is on the west side of the road.
It’s easy to get here by bike, as there’s a cycle path right outside the door.
The Wadden Sea is a UNESCO World Heritage Site – it is a natural environment so unique that it is of inestimable value to humanity.
