Wadden Sea Tour

It is certainly not witout a reason that the Wadden Sea has been designated as both National Park and a World Heritage Site, on the contrary!

The Wadden Sea is outstanding world-class nature. Come along on a tour to the flats and experience a diversity of life. Understand the tide and its importance for the nature and landscape in the region, and get the explanation for the designation as a World Heritage Site.

On the tour we cover the Wadden Sea as a topic in a broad sense and there will be good opportunity to ask questions along the way. We dig into the flats, both litterally and figuratively, so that we can get our hands on the exciting organisms that live here, but also gain an understanding for the area's unique importance for the world's nature.

The tour is intended for adults and families with older children from around 8 years. Although everybody is welcome, young and old, as it is possible to leave and join the group with smaller children, if they occasionally run out of "patience" with the chatty guide.
